House Rules
- Air Conditioning: Please ensure that windows are closed when the air conditioning is on. When leaving the apartment, make sure to turn off the air conditioning.
- Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
- Wet Shoes: Please avoid entering with wet shoes or flip flops.
- Clothing Iron: Empty water from the iron after use.
Important Notice
- Toilet Use: Please do not dispose of toilet paper or any feminine hygiene products in the toilet. The plumbing system in Greece is not designed to handle these items, and improper disposal can cause serious damage and potential overflow. Kindly make sure all guests are aware of this.
- Beach Towels: Towels and bedding are not to be used at the beach. A €30 fee will be charged for each towel or bedding item found in use at the beach.
Linen Cleanliness (Sheets & Towels)
At our apartments, we keep the cleaning fee low (€15) because we believe cleanliness shouldn't be an added burden for guests. However, we’ve noticed a recurring issue: Using sunscreen, body oils, self-tanning products, or colored makeup/cosmetics before coming into contact with sheets or towels can leave permanent yellow or brown stains that regular washing cannot remove.
- Towels: should not be used to wipe off sunscreen or any cosmetic products.
- Sheets: should not come in contact with the body until these products are fully absorbed.
To keep costs low and ensure a pleasant stay for all guests: If professional cleaning or linen replacement is required due to such stains, the cost will be charged to the guest.
Cleaning Charges
- €8 per towel or sheet (if stains can be cleaned professionally)
- €30 per towel and €30 per sheet (if damage is irreversible and items must be replaced)
We kindly ask you to treat the linens with care to avoid unnecessary charges and help us continue providing high-quality hospitality at affordable prices.
